Winery Fire at Rowland Flat - 27th December 2022
CFS have been called to a fire at a winery at Rowland Flat, northeast of Lyndoch.
Seven CFS trucks along with three MFS supporting trucks attended – with additional attendance by SAPOL and SAAS.
The fire has been contained and no damage sustained to the surrounding area but the 25 x 10 metre general store contained gas bottles and a forklift seeing CFS crews remaining on site mopping up and ventilating the area.
There are no road closures impacting local travelers and thankfully no threat to nearby residents or properties.
