Structure fire at Aberfoyle Park - 15 July 2026
Around 3pm, CFS and SA Metropolitan Fire Service firefighters were called to a house fire at Aberfoyle Park in Adelaide's southern suburbs.
On arrival, crews found the fire had spread into the ceiling and multiple rooms in the house.
Thanks to their quick and skilled response, crews in breathing apparatus were able to extinguish the fire within 15 minutes and prevent it from spreading throughout the remainder of the house.
One occupant was home at the time of the fire and was assessed on-scene by SA Ambulance paramedics.
Due to extensive smoke damage to the house, damages are estimated around $250,000.
SA Police and SA Power Networks also provided support on scene.
Fire Investigators have been notified.
