House fire at Waterloo Corner - 28 October

Monday, October 28 at 2:30am:

At 1:30am fire crews were called to a house fire on the corner of Davey and Port Wakefield Road at Waterloo Corner.

Three CFS and three MFS fire trucks are currently on scene and the house has been totally destroyed, causing about $200,000 damage.

The house is believed to be unoccupied. The cause is unknown and Fire Cause Investigators will attend the scene.

Port Wakefield Road is currently down to one lane and will be until later this morning.
