House fire at Redhill - 19 September 2026

Five CFS trucks carrying 20 firefighters responded to a Triple Zero call for a house fire at approximately 7:00 pm at Redhill, about 30km north of Snowtown.

Upon arrival, they found a house fully involved. Due to the great work of firefighters, they were able to prevent the fire from spreading to nearby properties. 

CFS crews were supported by SA Police, SA State Emergency Services and SA Ambulance Service. 

The house was completely destroyed, resulting in approximately $250,000 damage.

Firefighters will stay on scene for the next couple of hours to monitor hot spots and ensure the scene is safe. 

Fire Investigators will attend tomorrow.
