House Fire at Nangwarry - 27 May

Sunday, May 27 at 8:50am:

At midnight last night, CFS crews were called to a fire on Ritchie Street, Nangwarry in the South East.

On arrival they found the back room of a weatherboard house on fire. The six CFS crews on site worked quickly and managed to limit the damage to just two rooms of the house.

However, the house was also severely smoke logged and the damage bill was estimated at about $40,000 to $50,000.
