House fire at Emu Downs

At just before 8:30 tonight, CFS crews were called to a house fire at Kotz Road, Emu Downs.

Around 25 volunteers arrived to find the house engulfed in flames. Fortunately all occupants were able to safely evacuate however the house was destroyed, causing around $300,000 in damage.

The cause of the fire is unknown with fire cause investigators to attend tomorrow morning.
