Caravan Fire at Millicent - 27 May 2023
Local volunteer firefighters in Millicent saved a house and neighbouring shed after a caravan in the residential property's backyard caught alight.
Crews from CFS Brigades Millicent and Rendelsham attended the scene to find the caravan already engulfed by flames. The entire caravan has been lost and estimated value is still being investigated.
Residents were home when the fire broke out however, thankfully no injuries have been recorded. SA Police including Crime Scene Investigators are also on scene. Fire cause investigators have been notified and cause is currently unknown.
