Blyth Structure Fire

At 8.15am this morning CFS crews were called to a structure fire in a take away premises at 1. South Terrace, Blyth approximately 16kms North West of Clare. Five local brigades responded with four firefighters in breathing apparatus entering the kitchen to extinguish a fire that had started from a deep fryer being left on overnight. The fire was quickly brought under control with an estimated structural damage cost of $100,000. 

SAPOL and SAAS were in attendance there were no suspicious circumstances and no one injured.
