$250,000 structure fire in Morphett Vale - 12 February 2023

CFS and MFS crews are attending a structure fire in the car wash of the AMPOL on Panalatinga Road in Morphett Vale. 

Firefighters have contained the blaze to the car wash, saving the rest of the petrol station and neighbouring buildings. This equates to an estimated $250,000 in damage costs. Crews are communicating with SA Power to ensure the area is safe before working to extinguish the blaze.

All staff and customers have evacuated safely and no injuries have been reported at this time.

SA Ambulance and SA Police are also on scene.
