Smokey’s Big Day Out at Cleland Wildlife Park
Smokey has been a familiar face of CFS for decades, helping generations of South Australians learn about bushfire safety and preparedness.
On Wednesday 30 September, visitors can spot Smokey around Cleland as he explores the park, meets some of its residents and helps mark 50 years of CFS.
It’s one of a series of activities celebrating CFS’s history and the people, places and characters that have been part of the organisation since 1976.
He’ll be making his way around the park from 1:00 – 3:00 pm, meeting visitors and catching up with a few fellow koalas along the way.
If you’re visiting Cleland, keep an eye out for a flash of yellow.
