Structure fire at Meadows - 30 January 2026
This afternoon, 10 CFS volunteer firefighters on 2 trucks attended a house fire at Meadows in the Adelaide Hills.
On arrival, crews found a fire that had started in the kitchen as a result of cooking.
Three occupants of the property were able to be safely evacuated with no injuries.
Volunteer firefighters in breathing apparatus quickly extinguished the fire and prevented it from spreading further through the home.
However, due to the extensive damage to the kitchen, costs are estimated around $40,000.
Fire Investigators have been notified and SA Police and SA Ambulance provided support.
