Structure fire at Halbury- 16 August, 2020

At 7:20pm this evening, CFS crews were called to a house fire on Davies Road at Halbury, between Balaklava and Auburn, to the west of the Clare Valley.

Around 20 CFS volunteer firefighters on 4 trucks arrived to find the house fully engulfed in fire, and worked hard to stop the fire spreading to adjoining properties.

The loss of has been estimated at around $200,000 and no cause has been established at this stage.
