House Fire at Two Wells - 8 July, 2020

At 1:30 this afternoon, CFS crews were called to a house fire on Bailey Road, Two Wells, North of Adelaide.

31 volunteers on 5 trucks arrived on site to find the house engulfed in fire, and quickly acted to contain it. The roof of the house collapsed under the weight of the fire, causing around $360,000 damage and sadly destroying the home and the occupants possessions.

Fortunately the occupant of the house wasn’t home at the time.

There were concerns about an LPG cylinder in the house, so a CFS HazMat crew also attended, but were fortunately not required.

Fire Cause Investigators will attend the scene later today to determine the cause.
