House fire at Mount Pleasant - July 11

Update at 7:15pm: 

At about 5:45pm, nine CFS trucks, with about 40 firefighters were called to a house fire on Angas Valley Road, Mount Pleasant.

The fire started in the shed and spread to the house. Two occupants were home at the time and have been transported to hospital.

The home and shed have been completely destroyed, along with a car. The estimated damage bill is about $150,000.

Crews are still working to extinguish the fire and will be on scene for some time.

Fire Cause Investigators have arrived and will determine the cause.
