Structure fire at Naracoorte - 26 November 2025

Three trucks carrying approximately 10 volunteer firefighters responded to a Triple Zero phone call to attend a structure fire at 12:51 pm at Fifth Avenue, Naracoorte in South Australia’s South East.

Upon arrival firefighters found the house fully involved.

Heat from the fire caused the home’s windows to blow out, adding another challenge to firefighters.

No occupants were present at the time of the fire.

Firefighters took half an hour to control the fire, which has resulted in $100,000 damage to the home.

SA Ambulance Service transported a first responder to hospital due to smoke inhalation.

Support was also provided by SA Police and fire cause have been notified.
