2/05/2013
CFS crews were called to a caravan fire at Stirling North in the State's Mid North this morning.
Ten firefighters attended a caravan park on Brooke Street just after 5.20am to find the caravan engulfed in flames.
A male occupant escaped with no injuries after being woken by a smoke alarm.
Fire crews took about 15 minutes to bring the fire under control although the caravan was completely destroyed.
The fire caused about $20,000 damage and is suspected to have started by a heater.
