CFS advises that a bushfire at Middle River on Kangaroo Island north-west of Parndana near North Coast Road may threaten your safety.

Check and follow your Bushfire Survival Plan. If you are not prepared, leave now. Only leave if the path is clear to a safer place.

The MIDDLE RIVER fire is travelling in a south-easterly direction towards North Coast Road.

The fire is uncontrolled and burning in Scrub and conditions are continually changing.

You should not enter this area as the roads may not be safe.
