CFS advises that a bushfire at CARRICKALINGA ON THE FLEURIEU PENINSULA near FORKTREE ROAD, WHITELAW ROAD, MALTHOUSE LANE AND LANCEOLATA ROAD may threaten your safety.

Check and follow your Bushfire Survival Plan. If you are not prepared, leave now. Only leave if the path is clear to a safer place.

The CARRICKALINGA fire is travelling in a WEST NORTH WESTERLY direction towards WHITELAW ROAD.

The fire is uncontrolled and burning in Grass and conditions are continually changing.

You should not enter this area as the roads may not be safe.
