SAMPSON FLAT FIRE - Increased back burn activity

The CFS would like to warn people that they may experience increased smoke as CFS crews continue to back burn and undertake asset protection and aggressive mopping up procedures along Frank Barker Road, Bassnet Road and Humbug Scrub Road.
There may be an increase in heavy smoke drift experienced over the North Eastern and Northern Adelaide suburbs as this work is undertaken. People are advised if they suffer from a pre-existing respiratory or cardiac condition to remain indoors and shut their windows until the smoke has passed.
