Naracoorte House Destroyed by Fire

Just after 4am this morning (Saturday 11 October 2014) firefighters from the SA Country Fire Service were responded to reports of a structure fire on Pavy Drive Naracoorte.

Called in by the occupant via triple 000 on arrival firefighters found the fibro home engulfed in flames.

More than 15 firefighters from four appliances worked for just under an hour to contain the fire, unfortunately the home has been fully destroyed.

The dollar damage has been estimated at $150 000 and that cause has been set at undetermined and is still being investigated.

No one was injured in the fire.

SA Ambulance and SA Police were also on scene.
