BUSHFIRE ADVICE MESSAGE

Issued for Emu Flat, Clare and Armagh

CFS crews continue to work at the Emu Flat Fire in the Clare Valley, to the West of the Clare township. This fire is currently contained and crews will remain on scene today actively extinguishing hotspots. Residents in the area should continue to monitor the situation. Winds are expected to pick up today and this may cause smoke from the fireground and there remains a risk of further escapes. To ensure your safety and that of Firefighters and other emergency personnel who are working in the area, please do not enter the area unless necessary. Check and follow your Bushfire Survival Plan.
