Issued for Birdwood CFS advises that crews are responding to a Grass Fire at a rural property. This fire is contained but still releasing a large amount of smoke into the area.
The location of the incident is the corner of Bleeze Street and Williams Street, Birdwood.
The incident is causing smoke to drift through the township of Birdwood. Residents are advised to avoid the area and keep all windows and doors closed until the smoke passes.
