Plants to regreen the Pinery landscape

Pinery fire recovery efforts continue with another 20,000 plants to give away, along with ~10,000 tree guards, stakes and garden vouchers available to those affected by the Pinery fires to help beautify home gardens and repair farming land with windbreaks, shelterbelts, paddock trees and more.

To qualify for free plants people must own or lease property that was affected by the Pinery fires.

The plants, tree guards and garden vouchers have been made available from the Adelaide and Mount Lofty Ranges Natural Resources Management Board levy.

When you collect your plants, you can also join in a fun day with plant sales from the Bushgardens Nursery, giveaways and garden tours. Discover sustainable farm and gardening tips:

  • weed control
  • revegetation
  • waterwise gardening
  • and much more!

We would like to thank the Barossa Bushgardens for hosting this event at their open day once again, and to those that have helped grow seedlings:
