An opportunity to talk about the approaching fire danger season and what you and your family can do to stay safe while living in a bushfire prone area.
- Find out how to use a fire extinguisher
- Take a look at the fire trucks & squirt a little water!
- Learn how to use a fire blanket
- Hear what happens at your local station when the sirens go
- Guided tours of Fire Station
- How well does the vegetation close to your house burn?– bring a branch to burn on the open fire and find out!
